He also kept saying I should take up jujitsu because I’m apparently quite flexible/strong. Maybe I’ll look into that…

At the very beginning of the year I decided that in 2012 I was finally going to get the body and the fitness level I always wanted (well as close to as possible anyway) I even took some before shots.
I’ve been so lazy/busy that I am really not any closer to achieving my goals than I was 5 months ago. Multiple injuries plus work and study taking priority over my fitness and body goals has set me back.
So now, I’m back in the game. PT tomorrow. C’mon 2012, you’re going to be the best one yet!
